River flow data for water year 2012/2013 is now available for gauging stations on the NRFA. The river flow data from operational gauging stations is provided to the NRFA by measuring authorities and undergoes detailed quality control before being added to the national archive. Data for each year is submitted the following spring and made available to on the archive by the autumn. View an overview of river flow measurement techniques and hydrometric practice.
